What is Volatility? Why are we experiencing more?
Stock market volatility is basically the market’s “mood swings”, how fast and how far prices zig‑zag up and down (think: a calm lake vs. a choppy ocean).
Why?
We’re in a new world of fiscal dominance: persistent large government deficits and rising interest costs = the Treasury market increasingly “sets the rules,” → the Fed’s independence gets pressured = policy expectations (and therefore asset prices) more jumpy, aka volatile.
Put those together with a big refinancing wave (lots of Treasury debt rolling over) and you get bigger and more frequent day‑to‑day repricing as investors and traders constantly update their assumptions.
End Result: Jumpy markets in knee-jerk response to anything the Orange man does. Amplified by Uranus in Gemini. More geo-political dramas to increasingly affect markets.
People like us into long-term cycles? Not jumpy at all. We are aware we have to be increasingly more active in markets until this world drama resolves itself in 2033 because we want to avoid negative drawdown that destroys our compounding.
Why Greenland
The powers that be that are behind Trump have decided that America's role as global policeman needs to shift its focus for the time being.
They have decided to cut the world in half.
America’s focus will now be vertical, instead of horizontal.
Dominance will be strengthened from Canada all the way down to Antarctica, and trade, commerce, and productivity will be rearranged to be done at the margin with these neighboring countries.
China and Russia will be “economically kicked out” of this vertical arrangement, so to speak.
The European Union will have to figure out it’s own problems.

Venus has left “America’s Money House”
This was due to the planet Venus being located in America's second house for that three week transit.
